There are those days when you think you can take on the world and you push all those limits, and you allow yourself to get to hungry, to angry, to lonely, and to tired. No matter how many times you’ve heard this, or how long you have sober, these simple rules are ignored. Today I worked myself to the point of exhaustion, and I decided to wrestle with a 300 lb. machine, that just pissed me off. My stubborness and my pride allowed me to take a betting. I isolated myself off from any outside vision, and felt I was all alone with me, the machine, my hunger, my lonliness, until I had nothing left at the end of the day. I came home, took a hot shower, made dinner, took a deep breath, and asked for forgiveness for the misuse of WILL. The good news is after complete surrender, the whisper came through. KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID.
