There are days when I am reminded of my life before sobriety. I can sincerely say there were some good times. It is so easy to just look at the parts that let me forget, the destruction and damage. It says in the book that we should not forget nor regret the past. The past must become the reason for the new vision we grow towards. There are moments in my life that were so dark that I must not forget, it’s those moments that truly shine the light of God’s love for me. It’s that light that lets me walk in the sunlight of the spirit. Thanks for making a 12 step call on me.
