Learning to let go is like a painting, you know the subject, but it’s hard to create the image. Just when you think you have a clear path another thought interrupts the process. A painting never is finished the artist just accepts where they are in the process and tries to move forward on the next stroke. After awhile the artist looks back through their catalog, and sees that the process became easier when they matured, because their stroke had moved with the freedom of relaxing their hold on the brush.
