Sometimes things come in waves, it’s happend to me many times in sobriety. This is when we must remember to go back to the basics. Clean house trust God, and be of service. Through all of the shit, losing careers, family, houses, cars, divorces, failing health, heartbreak, we have to have the faith that God loves us and is watching over us. We can’t lose sight of that hope in the face of adversity. We meet the challenges with grace and knowledge that the 12 steps can carry us through. The work never stops. I love you always and forever.

Deepend resentments lead to thicker scars. Hardening our hearts. If we want to fly like angels we must lighten the heart. Releasing all the ones we have sent into the darkness to fly away in freedom from the bondage that has chained them and us.
