Isolationism

Isolationism is so easy to fall victim to, it’s so easy just to block things out and get lost into my own thoughts. The problem of being in our heads is where those thoughts lead me, usually I am creating something out of ego, and self-centered thoughts and what I don,t have , self serving motives, or from the point of victim and self doubt. Trying to silence those voices takes a huge amount of effort sometimes, but being lazy in nature I will sit listening to the disgruntled thoughts, until I become tired of them or in enough pain to work towards solution. I have had friends and trusted people who have encouraged me to always look to the solution and set free the problem, for this wisdom I am truly grateful.  I have to spend a great deal of time praying that I can see and hear the solution that helps in healing and silencing those fears, that has become the center of my universe and my daily task. I woke up yesterday and today acknowledging the gift of just opening my eyes.
